Keep an eye on

- Do not upload confidential material before checking workspace and sharing settings

Prepare a short source set
Open the weekly-report Task below and gather a few fictional or non-sensitive notes. Mark finished work, open work, next steps and risks separately. Keep names, customer data and account details out of the first trial.
Open the official Copilot entry
Open Copilot from the official site and confirm whether you are using a consumer or work account. Read the data and sharing settings shown for that account before pasting any work material.
Ask for a bounded draft
Paste the labelled notes and request the four report sections. Tell Copilot not to invent owners, dates, approvals or metrics and to mark missing information as unknown. Keep the requested length short enough to review line by line.
Trace claims back to notes
Compare each sentence with the original notes. Check omissions, changed certainty, numbers and ownership. Ask for a targeted correction when a claim is unsupported; fluent wording is not evidence.
Export only the reviewed report
Copy or export the reviewed draft into the destination shown in your account. Open it as a recipient and check permissions, links, headings and confidential text. Record the source date and human approver before sharing.

Guide published · Editorial exercise reviewed 7 September 2026. The official entry returned an application shell, so this review did not establish account features, data terms or export options. The report steps are suggested practice, not a tested Copilot procedure. Confirm the consumer or work account settings before using work material.
