What it helps with and what to check

Good tasks to start with

  • Broad personal and work tasks
  • Multimodal questions with text, images and files
  • People who want one general tool to start with

Keep an eye on

  • Verify factual claims and citations
  • Review current data controls before pasting work material
  • Features and limits depend on region and plan

How to start

Tick each step as you work. These checks stay on this page only; they do not verify results in the external tool.

1

Open the official entry

Use chatgpt.com and confirm the tool is available to your account and region. Begin with the synthetic weekly-report or document-summary example linked from its Task page. Do not use private customer material to test availability.

2

Set data controls before entering work notes

For signed-in web use, open your profile → Settings → Data Controls and turn off “Improve the model for everyone” if you do not want chats used for training. The official FAQ says chats can remain in history; this setting is not deletion. Use non-sensitive excerpts regardless.

3

Paste one complete Task prompt and its example

Copy the prompt and labelled synthetic input from the selected AhaDo Task. Ask for the requested sections or source-labelled table. If access or upload limits prevent completion, use a shorter non-sensitive excerpt and preserve its labels.

4

Compare the response with the checked example

Check pending work, unassigned actions and uncertainty against the source. Ask for a targeted correction when the result changes a fact. Neither the model name nor paid access replaces this check.

5

Pay only for a named limit

Use the official Plus help page and pricing page to check current limits and billing. The documented Plus plan is billed monthly; API billing is separate. Choose a paid plan only when its stated allowance resolves a limit you have actually reached.

Before you upload

  • Remove customer names, passwords, identifying details and company secrets.
  • Read the provider’s current retention, training and workspace settings.

Before you use the result

  • Verify facts, sources, calculations and code against the original material.

Official source and research status

Needs review · Official sources checked 6 September 2026: Free access and variable usage limits; Plus is advertised at $20 billed monthly, with API usage billed separately.
