What we keep
When you run a task app, AhaDo keeps the input for 30 days and the structured result until you delete your saved workspace records, so you can reopen, reuse or export your work. It also records which task ran, whether you used the sample or your own input, how long it took, which model answered, whether you completed the human check, and the verdict you gave.
After 30 days the original input is automatically removed. Run metadata and the structured result remain until you delete your saved workspace records. AhaDo does not use your input for training.
Professional application records
With your agreement before saving, AhaDo permanently keeps your professional details, saved versions, proof images and review records privately. Withdrawing an application or deleting a workspace or account revokes access and removes the current verification, but does not erase those retained originals. They are not sent to Feishu or the general contribution bot. AI review requires separate permission. Access is limited to you and authorized review services, plus the designated administrator when human review is needed.
Where your text goes
Your input is sent to a third-party AI provider through an AI gateway so the model can answer. Which provider handles a given request is chosen automatically, and the provider operates under its own terms and retention policy, which AhaDo does not control.
Because of that, treat a task app the way you would treat any chat AI: do not paste passwords, identity numbers, customer records, medical information, or anything covered by an agreement you have signed.
Contribution videos
Original videos stay private and are retained permanently. Published videos remain until removed. Public playback permission is separate. Do not include passwords, identity documents, personal details or confidential work.
With your permission, AhaDo sends this original video, audio, captions and related submission context directly to Google Gemini for review. This does not publish your video.
Review model: gemini-3.1-flash-lite. Google Files stores the temporary upload for up to 48 hours; AhaDo requests its deletion after processing. This file limit is not a retention limit for provider logs or backups.
AhaDo requests deletion of the provider file after processing. Failed deletion remains pending. Withdrawing permission stops later requests but cannot recall data already sent.

When you save or run a task without signing in, Supabase creates a guest identity. Your records belong to that identity. Keep this browser session or create an account before signing out or clearing browser data; guest records cannot otherwise be recovered.
A language preference cookie stores only your language code for up to one year, renewed when used. It does not identify your location. Clear your browser cookies to remove it.
If you arrive through a share link, the referral code in it is kept in a separate cookie for 30 days so the person who shared it can be credited when you create a profile. It holds only that code, and clearing your cookies removes it.
Creating an account keeps your workspace available across devices. When signing in to an existing account, choose whether to merge your guest records or keep them separate. Your sign-in provider supplies account information such as your identifier, email and display name.
AhaDo does not use advertising or analytics trackers or sell your submissions. Task input is sent to an AI provider as described above.
Usage statistics
AhaDo uses Umami, hosted by EasyMeta at data.easymeta.au, to record the pages you open, including addresses with search terms and filters, the links and buttons you click, the options you choose, page speed, and actions such as running a task or finishing a guide. When you are signed in, this activity is linked to your account ID, name and email. It does not use cookies.
Deleting your data
Open My AhaDo to export or delete your saved task runs. This does not delete your sign-in account or permanently retained professional application originals. A deletion marker prevents unfinished requests from recreating removed task records. Clearing browser data removes local access; it does not delete records stored by AhaDo.
Training
AhaDo does not use your inputs, outputs or private professional materials to train models. AI processing is used to provide the feature you request. Professional review requires your separate agreement.
Children
AhaDo is built for adults, including parents and teachers who use it to prepare material. Do not paste a child’s name, school, photograph, or any other detail that identifies them; the tasks here never need that information.
