What we keep
When you run a task app, AhaDo records that a run happened: which task, whether the input was the sample or your own, how long it took, which model answered, whether you confirmed the human check, and the four-level verdict you gave. It also keeps the structured result so the page can show it to you.
AhaDo does not keep the text you type. It is used to produce the result and is not written to any database or log. Nothing you paste can be read back later, by us or by you.
Where your text goes
Your input is sent to a third-party AI provider through an AI gateway so the model can answer. Which provider handles a given request is chosen automatically, and the provider operates under its own terms and retention policy, which AhaDo does not control.
Because of that, treat a task app the way you would treat any chat AI: do not paste passwords, identity numbers, customer records, medical information, or anything covered by an agreement you have signed.
Who you are to us
By default there is no account. A random identifier is stored in a cookie so the site can show you your own runs and nobody else’s. It is not linked to your name, your email, or any profile, and it is not shared with anyone.
Signing in is optional. If you choose to, it only links an account to that same cookie — the cookie stays the only thing that owns your data, signing in unlocks no extra feature, and history is not automatically merged across devices. If you sign in, the provider (Google, GitHub, or your email address) tells us the account identifier and email, and nothing more.
AhaDo does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and does not sell or share anything you submit.
Deleting your data
You can delete every assessment, report, task run, contribution and linked profile tied to your session from the My AhaDo page. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. A revoked copy of the random session identifier is kept so a request already in flight cannot recreate deleted data; it contains no input, output, email or profile information. Clearing your browser cookies only removes access — it does not delete stored records.
Training
AhaDo does not use your input to train any model. What a third-party provider does under its own policy is stated in that provider’s terms; if that matters to you, read them before pasting anything sensitive.
Children
AhaDo is built for adults, including parents and teachers who use it to prepare material. Do not paste a child’s name, school, photograph, or any other detail that identifies them; the tasks here never need that information.
Changes and questions
This page is versioned with the site, so a change to it is a change to the code. If something here does not match what you observe, that is a bug worth reporting.
