- Teams that need a first draft with reviewable sections
Keep an eye on

- Review links, numbers, speaker notes and accessibility before sharing
- Do not upload confidential material before checking workspace and sharing settings

Approve the message before designing
Open the internal-announcement Task below and identify one audience, one decision and one action. Keep confirmed facts and unknowns separate. Do not paste confidential personnel or unreleased business information into a workspace whose settings you have not reviewed.
Choose presentation and scope
Open Gamma from its official site and choose the presentation or document format shown in your account. Start with a short deck: title, context, decision, action and contact. Product labels and available formats may change.
Give the draft explicit boundaries
Provide the audience, exact names, dates, numbers and desired length. Ask Gamma to preserve those facts and mark anything unsupported as a question. Treat the result as a draft; a coherent deck is not evidence that its claims are correct.
Review each card against the source
Compare every card with the announcement Task. Check that the order matches the decision, the action has an owner, and links and numbers are unchanged. Remove invented benefits or deadlines. Check contrast, reading order and alternative text before sharing.
Export or share the reviewed version
Open the preview and the exported file or shared link as a recipient. Confirm the title, final action, page breaks, links and permission settings. Save the approved version separately. Export success does not prove that recipients understood or acted.
