How to do this task

Follow the method below, do the task, then check the result. Tool links show options, not extra steps you must complete.

Traditional approach
List the agreed job criteria first. Write one question and one follow-up for each, then agree what evidence a useful answer should contain. For example, an action-list task should reveal whether the person separates actions, owners and missing information.
Use AI

Start with the step-by-step guide below to prepare the role criteria. Use one assistant you already have access to: paste the criteria and the prompt below into its chat, then bring the draft back to the guide for review. The assistant is an optional route; AhaDo provides the worksheet and does not generate interview questions on this page.

Prompt to use with your assistant
Use only the approved role criteria below. For each labelled criterion, draft one behavioural or job-situation question, one follow-up, and observable points for the interviewer to look for. Return a table: criterion label | main question | follow-up | review points | unresolved decisions. Keep questions tied to the work. Do not add qualifications, ask about irrelevant personal matters, or score or rank candidates. Mark uncertain requirements as questions for the hiring panel. Role criteria:
What can go wrong
  • A vague question such as “Are you good at communication?” produces a general claim. Ask for a specific work example, then follow up on the person’s action and how they checked the result.
  • The AI invents a hiring threshold such as five years of experience. Remove it unless the approved role brief requires it; ask the hiring panel to resolve the gap.
  • Different candidates receive unrelated questions or personality judgements. Return to the shared job criteria and ask the panel to review the question set before use.

Human check before use

  • Every question maps to an approved role criterion; added requirements remain proposals.
  • The hiring panel agrees the core questions, order and review criteria before using them consistently.
  • Remove irrelevant personal questions. People review answers and make hiring decisions; this exercise does not score candidates.
Keep the final decision with a person

AI does not verify facts, arithmetic, identity or policy. Treat every generated line as a draft until you have checked it.
