What can go wrong
- An old description becomes a verified current headcount. Keep its source and date, then ask whether the team size is still correct.
- An inquiry becomes urgent demand, budget or buying authority. Mark those as unknown and ask neutral questions. Interest is not a purchase order.
- Your interpretation appears inside quotation marks. Quote only exact words recorded with permission; label your own summary and assumptions separately.
