What it helps with and what to check

Good tasks to start with

  • High-quality creative image concepts
  • Style exploration and moodboards
  • Illustration ideas with strong visual direction

Keep an eye on

  • Check commercial-use terms for your plan
  • Generated details and text can be wrong
  • Do not imitate living artists irresponsibly

How to start

1

Check access and visibility

Open Midjourney on the web and check your subscription, remaining generation allowance and visibility settings. This exercise uses a fictional scene and no uploads. Stealth is limited to Pro/Mega in the checked documentation; even with Stealth, public Discord channels stay visible. If access or privacy is unclear, prepare the brief here and stop before generation. You do not need to buy a plan to finish preparing.

2

Give the image one clear job

Use this fictional brief: an illustration for a reading event, two open books on a warm wooden table, a small green plant, a simple cream background, and clear empty space on the right for text added later. No people, logos, existing artwork, dates or lettering. Adjust one detail if needed. Put the event words in a separate editor later; the image does not need to moonlight as a spelling test.

3

Generate from the Imagine bar

On the Create page, paste your brief into the Imagine bar. Press Enter, or the send button on mobile. The checked starter guide describes a set of four images. Wait until generation finishes, then open the candidates. Record the actual model and settings rather than assuming a version. No result or an access error? Keep the brief, read the message and stop before another paid attempt.

4

Fix one visible mismatch

Compare the candidates with your brief: are there two books, enough empty space and no distracting objects or broken details? If the first result meets the brief, record what you checked and continue to download; another generation is not required. Otherwise, pick one mismatch. Open a candidate, use the prompt-text reuse action under Creation Actions, revise that part, check the displayed cost and generate again if you choose to continue. Missing actions may be enabled through More options. Write down what changed and compare both versions. A prettier image that leaves no room for the title still misses the brief.

5

Download it, then open the file

On Organize, select the chosen image and use the download action. Open the saved file and check the crop, book details and space for text at the size you plan to display. If the file will not open or is the wrong version, download the selected result again. Keep it as a draft until you have checked the current terms for your intended use; a saved file does not grant usage rights.

6

Keep the recipe and sharing checks

Record the model/settings, generation date, saved filename, final prompt and corrections. Copy the recipe before leaving AhaDo. Return to Midjourney details for the official site, or compare image tools if this route does not fit. Check visibility separately: moving a creation to Trash does not delete it or make it private. AhaDo cannot inspect the image or certify its rights; the record is your own checklist.
