Guide

Decide what to do when a free AI tool reaches a limit

Name the task and the limit you hit. Check whether it is about usage, files, team rules, access or accuracy, then write down your next action. Separate notes cover network and payment options for users in China.

Follow the steps

Step 1 of 3

Name the task and the actual obstacle

Identify one result you need and the message or restriction that stopped you. A message allowance, file limit, team rule, unavailable account and incorrect answer are different problems. If you have not hit a limit, try a small task before choosing a plan.

For practice: “Summarise a short document; the service says my message allowance is used.” Do not paste account identifiers or private work. If you have not hit a limit, try a small task before choosing a plan.

  1. Name the task and the actual obstacle

Identify one result you need and the message or restriction that stopped you. A message allowance, file limit, team rule, unavailable account and incorrect answer are different problems. If you have not hit a limit, try a small task before choosing a plan.

  2. Choose a path that addresses that obstacle

Consider a smaller source, waiting for a stated reset, confirming account access or checking the plan’s documented capabilities. For a payment from China, identify the actual billing channel before buying a gift card or opening a virtual card. More allowance does not establish higher accuracy.

  3. Keep one concrete next action

Write why your chosen action fits and what you still need to confirm. Keep current prices and plan details on the maintained Tool pages. The resulting note is your decision, not a purchase recommendation or proof that a payment will be accepted.
