What it helps with and what to check
Good tasks to start with
- Turning a small notes file into a table while keeping source IDs
- Learning to check missing fields, proposed dates and approval states
Keep an eye on
- Select only an isolated exercise folder; do not provide private files.
- File permissions do not mean local-only AI processing; check provider data terms.
- Check current credits, billing period and renewal terms in your own account.

Choose a way to practise
Make a six-row follow-up CSV from fictional notes, then check what was saved. Use WorkBuddy if your account has access and enough credits; otherwise make the file yourself or just prepare the notes. Try the small exercise before deciding whether to pay.
Give it one folder, not your whole desktop
Download the fictional notes as source.md. Put only that file in a new exercise folder. Keep an untouched copy outside the folder so you can compare it afterward. Do not include customer files, contact details or account information. This exercise needs no messaging account, scheduled task or access to a parent folder.
Ask for a file you can open
The observed WorkBuddy 5.5.4 macOS interface was Chinese; these control names are English translations, not verified English-interface labels. Choose New task, then Choose workspace → Open local folder. Select only the exercise folder. Paste the brief below, keep Default permissions, and choose the enabled Send button. Wait for the task to finish. If sending stays disabled or access is unavailable, return to the first step and choose manual practice; do not widen permissions. The Chinese version of this lesson keeps the observed labels. Other app versions may differ.
Find the saved CSV
Open the CSV artifact in WorkBuddy to see its spreadsheet preview, then find and reopen the actual file in the selected folder. For manual practice, reopen your spreadsheet export. Expect eight columns and six records, R1 through R6. CSV means a plain text table that spreadsheet apps can open. A reply saying “saved” is not enough: the file itself must exist.
Check the six places a table can go wrong
Read the actual CSV beside the original notes. Repeated organisations must remain separate records. Missing people and dates stay unknown; proposed dates do not become promises. Choose what your file shows below. If a row differs, follow the specific correction, save the corrected file and repeat the review. AhaDo is asking you to inspect it; it cannot see your local file.
Keep the file and your review record
Copy your review record before leaving. Keep it with the CSV and original notes. It records what you report checking and whether you used WorkBuddy or worked by hand. AhaDo has not verified your file or provider account. Return to the Tool page for access details, or use the source-preparation guide before trying permitted non-sensitive material of your own.

Official source and research status
Listed · One checked fictional exercise on 10 September 2026 used WorkBuddy 5.5.4 on macOS 26.6.2. The app showed a Chinese model label translated here as Fast (GLM-5.3-Flash); that label is not independent model-build verification. It saved an 805-byte UTF-8 CSV with eight columns and six correct rows, leaving source.md unchanged. This run used English notes. Chinese practice, corrective provider runs, other platforms and independent-user success remain untested. Worksheet completion is the reader’s report.
Listed means a published directory entry. Guide published means it also includes dedicated start steps and sourced prices. Neither status means real-user results have been verified.
